    二、课题组简介:

    轻合金与稀散元素分离课题组聚焦盐湖资源绿色高值利用中的关键科学与技术问题开展研究。围绕盐湖镁锂资源高值化利用,开展以盐湖初级化学品为主要原料的镁、锂轻金属及合金制备工艺及装备开发;围绕盐湖稀散元素资源高效分离和综合利用,开展以吸附为主要技术核心的分离材料、分离工艺及装备开发。团队先后承担包括国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技支撑计划课题、中国科学院相关项目、青海省重大科技专项、青海省杰出青年基金及企业横向委托项目等多项科研课题,在Chemical Engineering Journal、Separationand Purification Technology、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Acs Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering等国际主流SCI刊物上发表学术论文80余篇,申请国家专利60余件,其中授权30余件,目前已有8件专利分别通过转让、许可的方式进行了成果转化。

    课题组有固定人员14人,其中研究员5人,副研究员3人,高级实验师1人,博士8人,具有出国进修经历4人。中国科学院特聘研究员1人,中国科学院青年创新促进会成员1人,中国科学院相关人才计划入选者2人,获得中国科学院相关人才计划资助者2人,入选青海省相关人才计划8人,柳大纲优秀青年科技奖获得者2人。课题组外聘柔性合作研究员5人。组内在读博士研究生4人,在读硕士研究生2人,临时聘用技术人员10人。

    研究方向一:盐湖镁锂金属、中间合金及应用合金开发

    以盐湖氯化镁、氯化锂等为原料,采用熔盐电解法制备镁、锂及相关中间合金,探究熔盐电解行为与机制,研发熔盐电解新工艺,设计制备新型电解槽,开发包括电源系统、电解槽系统、尾气处理系统和自动监测系统在内的整套设备和工程技术。基于盐湖镁锂金属及中间合金,设计研发高强、耐热、耐蚀镁合金及超轻性能的镁锂合金制备工艺,并开展合金成型工艺开发。

    研究方向二:吸附材料优化及分离工艺开发

    针对盐湖中锂、铷、铯、硼、溴、碘等的分离提取或去除,设计制备新型分离材料,研发分离工艺与装备,系统研究复杂体系中稀散元素分离行为与机制,从静电作用、疏水作用、氢键作用、沉淀作用、络合作用等方面深入研究分离机理,优化分离材料的制备和分离工艺。  

    三. 课题组组长:

   叶秀深,男,1981年生于山东省临清市。现任澳门永利娱场官方网研究员,博士生导师,甘河中试基地主任。1999至2003年在聊城大学化学化工学院获得学士学位。2009年在澳门永利娱场官方网获得博士学位。2016至2017年在韩国延世大学访学研究。目前主要研究领域为轻金属及合金熔盐电解制备工艺及装备研发,铷、铯高效吸附材料与工艺研究。发表研究论文80余篇,申请专利40余件。青海省自然科学与工程技术学科带头人,青海省中青年人才托举工程入选者。
